Website Privacy Notice

For the forms on projectreplant.org. Version 1.0.0, effective October 1, 2026.

What this covers

This notice covers the two forms on projectreplant.org: the form a church leader uses to ask to join the network, and the form for people who want to serve with Replant. It does not cover the Replant application, which has its own Privacy Policy.

If you serve where it is dangerous to be known as a Christian leader

Please do not use these forms. Write to info@projectreplant.org instead. In your first message, do not include your location, the name of your church, or anything that identifies another leader. We will write back and agree with you how to continue safely.

What we collect and why

What you give us

  • The join form: your name, your email address, the name of your church or ministry, your city and country, your role if you choose one, and anything you write in the note.
  • The serve form: your first and last name, your email address, a telephone number if you give one, your city and country, whether you would serve in person or remotely, the kinds of service you chose, how you would like us to contact you, and anything you write in the note.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, and to contact you about joining the network or about serving. When you send a form, we send one email to the address you gave, to say that we received it. We do not sell what you give us. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to any other mailing list.

Who sees it, and for how long

Who sees it

Replant's team reads what you send. Three providers carry it for us:

  • Netlify, which hosts the website and keeps each form you send;
  • Resend, which delivers the email we send you and the copy of your form that goes to our team's mailbox;
  • Zoho, which hosts our team's mailbox.

The website loads nothing from any other site. It sets no cookies and carries no advertising or analytics trackers.

Replant Initiative, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation in the United States. If you write to us from another country, what you send comes to the United States.

How long we keep it

We have not yet set a fixed period for keeping what you send through these forms. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@projectreplant.org. We will delete what we hold and tell you when it is done. The copies kept by the provider that delivers our email expire on their own thirty (30) days after the email was sent, and can remain in its backups for up to seven (7) days more.
