The Road Ahead

The vision is clear.
The time is now.

There is an urgency on this. We are not waiting for everything to be perfect before we move — we are moving and trusting God to complete what He started.

Active · Moving now

Where we are. Where we're going.

This is not a distant dream. The foundation is laid, the app is being built, and churches are being enrolled right now. What follows is the path to a living, breathing network that connects the Body of Christ across the globe — with a public launch targeted for Fall 2026. Every step is deliberate. Every phase is Spirit-led.

Phase 01

Foundation

Now — Complete

Done

The groundwork has been laid. Before a single church is contacted, the vision has been documented, the brand has been built, and the plan is in hand.

Vision defined and documented
Brand identity — logo, colors, typography
Website built and deployed (projectreplant.org)
App wireframes — all screens designed
Technical plan — stack, database, APIs
Business card ready for church visits

Phase 02

Build & Gather

Now — Active

In Progress

Both tracks are running simultaneously. The app is in active development — the mobile app, admin dashboard, and backend are all being built and tested right now. In parallel, community enrollment is underway — churches are being contacted in the Loganville and Atlanta area, with web enrollment open globally. The people and the product are being built together.

App in active development — mobile, backend, and admin dashboard
Admin dashboard in QA — screens, permissions, and moderation tools
In-person visits to local churches — Loganville, GA and Atlanta area
Web enrollment open — leaders can register interest at projectreplant.org
Email outreach to pastors and ministry leaders
Volunteer recruitment — builders, intercessors, outreach leads

Phase 03

Beta Launch

Now — Active

In Beta Now

The beta is happening now. Invited churches are getting first access to a real, live version of the app — not a prototype. Leaders are joining the network, connecting with churches, and using the app the way it was designed to be used. Their experience shapes the final refinements before the public launch.

Invited beta cohort — churches already enrolled during Phase 02
Full app access — Home, The Church, Persecuted, Prayer Wall, Connect
Real-time feedback loop with leaders during beta window
Admin team monitoring network health, flags, and moderation
Final refinements before App Store submission

Phase 04

Public Launch

Fall 2026

Coming · Fall 2026

After a successful beta, Replant opens to the Body. The app goes live on the App Store and Google Play — any verified church leader can join the network. This is the moment the vision becomes publicly accessible. The Persecuted Church section launches with protected access for those who qualify.

App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) submission
Public enrollment — any church leader can apply to join
Admin team fully operational — verification, moderation, support
Persecuted Church section live with verified access gates
Broader outreach push — regional contacts, social presence, word of mouth

Phase 05

Global Expansion

Post-launch

Future

What starts locally does not stay local. Once the network is proven, the expansion is intentional and Spirit-led — region by region, continent by continent. The persecuted church section, the globe view, and the intercession wall are already designed for this. The infrastructure scales. The mission doesn't change.

Regional outreach leads appointed in key cities globally
Multi-language support added (translation volunteers already recruited)
Persecuted Church section fully activated with verified access
Resource and manpower coordination features released
ReplantConnect — a dedicated communication platform, if the Body calls for it

Building the people and the product together.

The network is not the app — it is the people. The app is a tool. So we're not waiting for one to finish before starting the other. Both are moving at once.

While the app is being built and tested, churches are being enrolled — locally in person and globally through the web. By the time the beta launches, the first users will already know the vision and be ready to move.

This is how movements are built. Not by launching a product into a void, but by calling people together around a shared conviction — and handing them something real when they arrive.

1
Visit. Share. Invite.

In-person visits to local churches. Share the vision. Leave the card. Invite them to enroll at projectreplant.org.

2
Enroll while we build.

Churches register online now. The beta is here — enrolled leaders are first in.

3
Beta first.

Invited churches get early access — a real, live app. Their experience shapes any final refinements before the public launch.

4
Open to the Body.

App Store and Google Play. Any verified church leader, anywhere. The doors open — Fall 2026.

What the app will do

The Replant app is in invited beta right now — every screen designed, every tab built, real leaders inside. Here's what church leaders will have access to when the doors open:

Home

Daily Scripture & Network Updates

A curated feed of encouragement, daily scripture, new church arrivals, and urgent needs from across the network.

The Church

Your City. The World.

One tab, two views — swipe between churches near you and the global Body at large. See needs, status, and who to connect with.

Persecuted

The Underground Church

A protected section for churches facing active persecution — encrypted, verified access only. Handled with prayer and sobriety.

Prayer Wall

Intercession Wall

Submit requests. Stand in the gap. Filter by urgency, region, and category. Add testimonies when God moves.

Connect

Direct Messaging

Secure, purposeful communication between churches and leaders — governed by a community covenant.

The Body needs you
right now.

Whether you lead a church, carry a skill, or simply carry this in prayer — there is a role for you in what God is building through Replant.

"For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."
Habakkuk 2:3 — KJV
