The Road Ahead
There is an urgency on this. We are not waiting for everything to be perfect before we move — we are moving and trusting God to complete what He started.
This is not a distant dream. The foundation has already been laid — the vision, the brand, the wireframes, the technical plan. What follows is the path from here to a living, breathing network that connects the Body of Christ across the globe. Every step is deliberate. Every phase is Spirit-led.
Phase 01
Foundation
Now — Complete
The groundwork has been laid. Before a single church is contacted, the vision has been documented, the brand has been built, and the plan is in hand.
Phase 02
Community Enrollment
Now — Urgent
Before the app is built, the community must be gathered. This phase begins immediately — visiting local churches in the Loganville and Atlanta area, sharing the vision in person, and inviting leaders to register on the website. Web enrollment is the first real test of interest and the foundation for everything that follows.
Phase 03
Local Pilot
ASAP after Phase 2
Once enough local churches have enrolled, we run a structured pilot within our community — testing how churches actually connect, what they need from the network, and where the gaps are. This is not a soft launch. This is the proving ground. What we learn here shapes the app.
Phase 04
App Development
Following pilot learnings
With community behind us and a tested model in hand, development begins in earnest. The wireframes, technical plan, and design system are already complete — our developer has everything they need to start. The app is built for iOS and Android simultaneously using React Native (Expo).
Phase 05
Global Expansion
Post-launch
What starts locally does not stay local. Once the network is proven, the expansion is intentional and Spirit-led — region by region, continent by continent. The persecuted church section, the globe view, and the intercession wall are already designed for this. The infrastructure scales. The mission doesn't change.
Because the network is not the app — it is the people. The app is a tool. If we build the tool before the community, we build for an empty room.
By gathering churches first through web enrollment and in-person visits, we accomplish three things: we gauge real interest, we build trust before technology, and we ensure the first users of the app are already committed to the vision.
This is how movements are built. Not by launching a product, but by calling people together around a shared conviction.
In-person visits to local churches. Share the vision. Leave the card. Invite them to enroll at projectreplant.org.
Churches register their interest online. This builds our confirmed list and helps us understand who is ready to move.
The first community of churches tests the network manually — prayer requests, needs, connections — before the app is built.
What we learn in the pilot shapes what we build. The app launches to a community that already knows what it's for.
The Replant app is already designed — every screen, every tab, every user flow. Development can begin the moment the community foundation is in place. Here's what leaders will have access to:
