How It Works

Structured like Scripture.
Guarded like family.

How leaders join, how the network is shaped, and how it stays safe.

Joining

Verified by a person, not an algorithm.

Trust is the entire foundation of Replant. Every leader on the network is there because a person confirmed they should be. Here is the path from interest to access:

1
Register your interest.

Today, that happens right here on the website — name, church or ministry, city, email, and role. When the app launches, registration will move there. Enrolling now places you first in line.

2
Personal review.

A member of the Replant team reviews every submission — the church, the ministry, the leader. No automated approvals. No shortcuts.

3
Confirmation.

We reach out to confirm every church before full access is granted. It is a conversation, not a checkbox.

4
Welcomed in.

Confirmed leaders affirm a Declaration of Faith as part of joining, and enter the network as verified leaders of the Body.

Real identity is always required at registration — for legal and security reasons — and is kept strictly private within the Replant team, used only for verification.

Anonymity is honoured. Leaders may appear anonymous on the network — their personal name hidden. Ministry names remain visible, and underground churches are never required to disclose their location.

Up to two leaders may register per church or ministry, per location.

Structured Like the Letters of Revelation

Needs, named and addressed.

Prayer requests aren't generic posts. They're categorized the way Jesus addressed the churches in Revelation — by condition, with the location alongside.

Churches in Prayer

Intercession requests open to the global network for agreement and support.

Churches in Need

Provision, resources, and urgent material needs shared among willing churches.

Churches on Mission

Outreach coordination, prison ministry, evangelism, and partnership opportunities.

Inside the Network

What a verified leader can do.

Stand at the wall

Submit prayer requests and intercede over others — filtered by urgency, region, and category. When God moves, testimony is added to the record, so the network sees prayers answered, not just prayers asked.

See the Church, near and far

Find the churches in your own city, and lift your eyes to the Body at large — who is near, who is in need, and who to connect with.

Connect under covenant

Reach other leaders directly — secure, purposeful communication governed by a community covenant every member agrees to. No cold outreach culture. No noise.

Kept Safe On Purpose

How this space stays safe.

Conversations stay inside the network. Nothing is shared externally. Within the platform, certain keywords may trigger an internal review to keep the space safe, Godly, and purposeful — a covenant every member accepts at signup.
The Persecuted Church section is set apart. Submissions are encrypted, sensitive details are held by verified admins alone — leaders see only what was asked to be lifted in prayer — and underground locations are never made public.
No promotion, no performance. There are no likes, follower counts, or algorithms. Nothing on Replant is built to be seen — it is built to be answered.
Free for every church. Replant is and will remain free for all churches and ministry leaders. The mission is connection and unity.

Ready to be counted?

Enrollment is open now through the website — and every church counts.
